At B.A.S.I.C. Ministries (Brothers And Sisters In Christ), our mission is to embody the love and compassion of Christ by addressing the essential needs of our community through dedicated service and support. We are committed to ensuring no family goes hungry by providing nutritious meals and essential food supplies, bringing joy to children through our Secret Santa program by fulfilling holiday wishes and creating lasting memories, and offering hot, home-cooked meals to the sick, shut-in, senior citizens, and less fortunate in our county during Thanksgiving, fostering a sense of community and care. We invest in the future by awarding scholarships, currently totaling $1,000 annually, with plans to increase our support. Additionally, we support families affected by house fires or natural disasters based on their needs and our available resources, and collaborate with other organizations to strengthen our community, believing that unity cultivates strength.

Through our Secret Santa program, we make kids' wishes a reality, bringing joy and magic into their lives during the holiday season.

Our clothing closet is self-sufficient and designed to address clothing insecurities. In partnership with Goodwill, we create a circle of blessings. Items donated to us that are not selected during our giveaways are passed on to Goodwill, which in return provides $50 clothing vouchers for every full bin we donate. These vouchers are then distributed to individuals who may not find what they need at our location, allowing them to shop at any Middle Georgia Goodwill for free. We believe that when people dress better, they feel better, which positively impacts their behavior and self-perception, as reflected in Proverbs 23:7.
Believing that unity cultivates strength, we collaborate with other organizations to support additional outreach programs, reinforcing the idea that you can’t have community without unity.

This initiative connects strong male figures from our community with young men, building a hedge of love, support, and protection around them.
This program links the people we serve with a church that meets their spiritual needs, guided by the principle that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (2 Corinthians 3:17).
